Where is your Finland shipment right now?

The parcel sets off, and three days later all you can say is that it’s “somewhere on the way.” In the meantime your goods have passed through three or four pairs of hands: one courier takes it to a warehouse, another from the warehouse to the port, a third carries on at the Finnish end. At every stop there’s a chance something goes wrong. The parcel is left waiting, the shipment ends up in the wrong truck, or it simply slips out of someone’s sight.

We haul goods between Tallinn and Helsinki every working day, with our own vehicles and our own drivers, from start to finish. There are no middlemen. A shipment normally reaches the Tallinn and Helsinki area the next working day, and more distant locations the day after that. The whole time, you know exactly where your cargo is: not “somewhere on the way,” but at a specific point, in the hands of a specific driver.

This holds just as well for a small parcel as for a full trailer load. If the shipment is special, for example dangerous goods, we have trained drivers and a suitable fleet for it.

Twenty years on this route have shown us that most problems don’t arise on the road, but where the goods change hands. We keep that chain entirely in our own hands.
