We will be adding a Fuel Surcharge rate to our Transportation Services, starting from March 28th, 2022.

The Fuel Surcharge rate is calculated and indexed every Friday, according to the latest valid List Price of Circle K Eesti AS. An overview of current List Prices is available for you at: https://www.circlek.ee/ariklient/mootorik%C3%BCtused/list-price

Calculation Formula and Indicators:

Fuel Surcharge rate = (Current Fuel Price – Base Fuel Price) / Base Fuel Price x Fuel share

Base Fuel Price – List Price for Circle K Eesti AS Customers, 1,359 €/l, as of January 4th, 2022

Current Fuel Price – the last List Price for Circle K Eesti AS Customers in the previous week;

Share of Fuel – the share of Diesel Fuel in the total cost of providing our service, which is approximately 20%.

Sample calculation:

The current List Price for Circle K Eesti AS Customers was 1.359 €/l as of January 4th, 2022

Base Fuel Price = 1.359 €/l;

Fuel Surcharge rate = (1.359 – 1.359) / 1.359 x 20 = 0%

If the Current Fuel Price is equal to the Base Price, then the Fuel Surcharge coefficient is 0% and no surcharge fees are added.

The last Current List Price for Circle K Eesti AS Customers was 1. 849 €/l as of March 18h, 2022.

Fuel surcharge rate = (1.849 – 1.359) / 1.359 x 20 = 7,211%, so on week 17 (21-27.03.2022), theoreticall Fuel Surcharge rate would be 7,211% and will be added to
the cost of our transport services as a separate line.

If the List Price for Circle K Eesti AS Customers for diesel fuel falls below the established Base Fuel price rate, no surcharge fees are added.
